We are happy to announce changes being made on our handling of incoming calls

East Louisville Pediatrics is happy to announce some changes are being made on how we are handling our incoming calls. This change is to allow our parents a shorter wait time for appointments but still be able to call for Triage Advice.

For Triage Medical Advice we are having parents select opt 4 to leave a detail message regarding the medical condition. One of our Triage Nurses will return the call within a certain period of time.

For appointments please press 5 and the girls in phone triage will schedule needed appointments.
